Day 2: Polish + Business Features - Landing page with the "Customers won't type. They'll talk." positioning - Mobile-first recording experience - Star ratings with auto-inference from sentiment - Dashboard for review moderation - Embed widget for displaying approved reviews - QR code generation for physical locations - Webhook support for CRM integration

Day 2 Evening: Monetization - Stripe integration - Plan tiers (Free/Pro/Business) - Usage tracking

The stack: Next.js 15, Postgres, OpenAI, Stripe, S3 for audio storage.

Deployed on Railway. Total infra cost so far: ~$5/month.

Next up: removing Google/Yelp syndication (see: The Pivot) and getting first users.
